The Windy Ridge Dollhouse Kit offers all of the qualities necessary to create an elegant country home with an inviting wraparound gazebo porch and fanciful 1/8” thick gingerbread trim. The partial front opening design, mansard roof and mansard addition maximizes the accessibility and usability of this home. The fourteen impressive rooms offer a floor to ceiling height of 9&7/16” with moveable room dividers that accept standard size doors and allow for mixed use of interior spaces. Solidly constructed, the Windy Ridge features wooden roof shingles, grooved sidewalls, engineered precut parts, 3/8” thick upper floors and 3/8” thick exterior walls. Includes detailed instructions.
