This classic Colonial style house features six spacious rooms for endless decorating possibilities.

The downstairs fireplace centered between two built in bookcases, a master bedroom fireplace, and shutters complement the authentic 18th century architecture.

Other features include the ornate front door, gracious central stairway, and double hung windows (non-working).

Your kit will contain all the pre-cut plywood and plastic window parts needed. It features an easy tab-and-slot assembly. Any wood glue or a hot melt glue gun can be used to assemble the shell of this charming dollhouse in just hours.

Each kit contains easy to read instructions which include drawings showing where each piece of wood can be located along with illustrated diagrams showing detailed assembly.
