The Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; we spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York.
Designed in the style of “Carpenter Gothic,” the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies.
Shingles and clapboard siding are included to fully capture the look of that “little house by the side of the road” for your trip down memory lane.
Your kit will contain all the pre-cut plywood and plastic window parts needed. It features an easy tab-and-slot assembly. Any wood glue or a hot melt glue gun can be used to assemble the shell of this charming dollhouse in just hours.
Each kit contains easy to read instructions which include drawings showing where each piece of wood can be located along with illustrated diagrams showing detailed assembly.
