You will fall in love with the fourteen incredible rooms which offer a floor to ceiling height of 9&7/16” and moveable room dividers that accept standard doors. The engineered precut parts really work, the grooved sidewalls are guaranteed to fit and the entire home is solidly constructed with wooden roof shingles, 3/8” thick exterior walls and 3/8” thick upper floors. Detailed instructions make it easy to put together the Twelve Oaks Dollhouse.
