An order confimation email will arrive immediately after your order is placed. 2. When your purchase is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking and delivery information. Track an Order Cancel an Order If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. If the item has not already been shipped and we are able to stop the order, we will do so. However, if the item has been shipped, it will be considered a return and the cost to send it back will be your responsibility. The Magical Dollhouse reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case by case basis. When Will it Arrive? Each item on our site has an approximate delivery time posted on it's product description page. Orders are normally processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. After that, it can take from 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. Please allow 1-2 calendar weeks from the time you place your order for your package to arrive. If you need a rush order or delivery by a certain date, please call us at 888-221-3783 to check item availability, express shipping cost and arrange for delivery. Shipping + Returns Shipping Methods Orders are normally shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, depending on the item. Shipping Costs Items with "Free Shipping" noted on their product pages receive free regular ground shipping. Otherwise a low shipping fee will be charged for each item. The shipping fee for an item depends on it's size and weight and can be determined by simply placing an item in the shopping cart . No purchase or personal information is required to view shipping charges. Express Shipping Express shipping is available on request for an additional charge. The cost is determined by the delivery location and shipping method. If you are in a hurry and need your purchase to arrive by a certain date, please call us at 888-221-3783.
