The 15 rooms feature a 9&7/16” floor to ceiling height and moveable room dividers to allow for flexible use of the interior living space. This home has been solidly constructed of engineered precut parts and 3/8” thick upper floors. The 3/8” thick exterior walls, 1/8” thick gingerbread trim and wooden roof shingles provide sturdiness. Other features include a partial front opening design and grooved sidewalls that are guaranteed to fit.
