Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Please read and follow the instructions on this page before returning merchandise for any reason. If not, we do not guarantee that a return will be accepted or refunded. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from us. But if that is not the case, you can return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days after delivery. Please inspect your purchase for damage immediately upon delivery and do not discard any packaging materials if you determine that an item will need to be returned for any reason.

Returns or exchanges for damaged Items
Notify The Magical Dollhouse of damaged goods within 5 days of delivery using the return/exchange request form below. You should receive return instructions via email within two business days. Place the damaged item back in it's original packaging, suitable for shipping. The Magical Dollhouse will arrange for the item to be picked up and a replacement to be sent, if desired. Upon return, the item will be inspected to confirm the damage that has been reported.
Allow 14-21 days after the item is shipped back (although it is often less) for it to be inspected and your refund to be processed. Please note that failure to contact us promptly after delivery will mean that we cannot file a claim with the carrier for damage and will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

Missing pieces
If you have purchased a dollhouse kit and found some pieces to be missing or damaged, they will be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost to you. There is no need to return the item. In this case, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Returns or exchanges for undamaged items
Notify The Magical Dollhouse of goods to be returned within 30 days of delivery using the return/exchange request form below. You should receive return instructions via email within two business days. Place item back in it's original packaging, suitable for shipping. Ship to the address provided by The Magical Dollhouse via UPS or Fedex. Send the tracking number to The Magical Dollhouse to confirm that the package has been shipped. Without a tracking number we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange in the event that the item does not arrive. A refund will be issued or exchange made after the item is received back and determined to be in resalable condition by the manufacturer. Refunds are issued to the account originally used for payment.

Exceptions to be aware of
We do not accept returns or exchanges when it has been more than 30 days since an item was delivered. Return shipping costs for undamaged items will be at the customer's expense unless the wrong item was shipped due to our error. In this case we will pay for return shipping and replacement at no expense to the customer. Dollhouse kits that have been removed from the box and/or partially assembled are not eligible for return or refund. The refund amount for the return of an undamaged item will be the full purchase price of the item less the original shipping costs incurred by us less a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, a product must be in new, resellable condition and in it's original packaging. Dollhouse kits that have been removed from the box and/or partially assembled are not eligible for return or refund.
