The Princess Anne Dollhouse captures the imagination with its Victorian style, dual octagon shaped windows and quaint turned porch posts.

High quality craftsmanship is evident in the sturdy, wooden roof shingles, 3/8” thick milled clapboard exterior walls and 3/8” thick upper floors. This home features six rooms with 9” floor to ceiling height, engineered precut parts and grooved sidewalls that are guaranteed to fit.

This kit includes:
  • Precut exterior walls (3/8" Milled MDF)
  • Precut floors, roof and interior walls
  • Wooden roof shingles
  • Pre-assembled windows and doors
  • Fancy columns on porches
  • Trim (supplied in lengths)
  • Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
