The Pierce is an imposing "Grande Dame of a dollhouse.

This house has six large rooms, an attic, and a secret tower chamber along with an elegant curved staircase, silk-screened windows, two fireplaces, and a wrap veranda.

Your kit will contain all the pre-cut plywood and plastic window parts needed. It features a tab-and-slot assembly. Any wood glue or a hot melt glue gun can be used to assemble the shell of this charming dollhouse.

Each kit contains easy to read instructions which include drawings showing where each piece of wood can be located along with illustrated diagrams showing detailed assembly.

I bought this kit because my daughter and I love Victorians. We worked on the house together. The type of construction was pretty easy - we just used hot glue. We painted the house with lots of Victorian colors and we are very proud of it. Good price too - thank you for such a good product at a good price.
