Its stately columns, bricked foundation and inviting balcony provide this home with true southern charm. The 10 rooms feature 9&7/16” floor to ceiling heights and moveable room dividers that accept standard doors. Precision craftsmanship is seen in the engineered precut parts, 3/8” thick upper floors and 3/8” thick exterior walls. The grooved sidewalls and detailed instructions make for an easy, one-step assembly. The Mulberry Dollhouse is lovely on its own or you can purchase additions and/or porches to expand the homes size and appeal.
