This fashionable Victorian replica features seven full sized rooms, one large hallway that can be furnished as an additional room, and a large elegant foyer featuring an exquisite set of double doors.

Open not only all across the back, but also on one side for easy access to all the stately rooms. The full wrap around porch leading to the back door adds yet another dimension for decorating.

It's curved, Mansard roof, ornamental trim and double hung windows add grace and dignity to the architectural style.

Your kit will contain all the pre-cut plywood and plastic window parts needed. It features an easy tab-and-slot assembly. Any wood glue or a hot melt glue gun can be used to assemble the shell of this charming dollhouse.

Each kit contains easy to read instructions which include drawings showing where each piece of wood can be located along with illustrated diagrams showing detailed assembly.
