The Jr. Conservatory Addition Kit has been designed to fit all 3-story, rear opening Junior and Lilliput Kits, as well as the QuickBuild Classic Colonial and Finished Vermont Farmhouse Jr.
It also offers the flexibility of alternate dimensions (11-7/8”W x 11-7/8”D x 13-7/8”H), an adaptable foundation that will fit a variety of houses and an adjustable construction that allows for either a right or left configuration.
Other features include a 10” floor to ceiling height, engineered precut parts, 1/4” plywood floor, and 3/8” and 1/2” MDF. Step-by-step instructions and detailed drawings are provided for assembly.
This kit includes:- Precut walls, floor and roof
- Solid wood windows, door, rails, dowels, newels, edge trim and gingerbread
- Stucco paint additive included
- Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
This kit does not include:- Furniture, accessories, glue, paint, tools or landscaping.
