The palatial 13 room Hawthorne Dollhouse Kit has been grandly attended to with a two-story wraparound porch and 1/8” thick gingerbread trim. Moveable room dividers accept standard doors and provide flexible use of the interior space. The Hawthorne has been designed with partial front opening access and a floor to ceiling height of 9&7/16”. The engineered precut parts and grooved sidewalls are guaranteed to fit and make for an easy, one-step assembly. Designed for durability, this home also features 3/8” thick exterior walls and 3/8” thick upper floors. Includes step-by-step instructions and detailed drawings.
