This cozy Tudor cottage reflects the designers’ research into authentic English architecture.

With its picket fence and half-timbered exterior, the house is a visual delight; it has silk-screened windows to simulate leaded glass, and a flower box too.

Interior features are equally charming. There are four spacious rooms, beamed ceiling, built-in bookcases, two window seats and two fireplaces. A winding staircase completes the mood of this wonderful English Tudor.

Your kit will contain all the pre-cut plywood and plastic window parts needed. It features an easy tab-and-slot assembly so you don't need nails, screws, or tools. Any wood glue or a hot melt glue gun can be used to assemble this charming dollhouse in just hours.

Detailed instructions help take the guesswork out of building your dollhouse.

Each kit contains easy to read instructions which include drawings showing where each piece of wood can be located along with illustrated diagrams showing detailed assembly. If the instructions are followed, frustration disappears and you are left with hours of building enjoyment.
