The Front Opening design of the 2-Story Jr. Addition Kit provides easy accessibility to the interior spaces, which feature a 9” floor to ceiling height and 3/8” thick upper floors.
Precision engineered precut parts, sturdy milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls provide durability.
Fits either right or left side.
This kit includes:- Precut exterior walls (3/8" Milled MDF)
- Precut floor and roof (3/8" thick)
- Gingerbread trim
- Raised panel shutters
- Window boxes
- Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
This kit does not include:- Furniture, accessories, glue, paint, tools or landscaping.
