Product Details

Any miniature collector or hobbyist will enjoy adding this impressive residence to their Federal collection. The arresting exterior offers fanciful porch posts, beautiful spindles and wooden roof shingles. The palatial interior features 14 rooms with a 9-7/16” floor to ceiling height and moveable room dividers that accept standard doors and allow for varied use of the interior spaces. High quality construction is evidenced in the engineered precut parts, 3/8” thick exterior walls, 3/8” thick upper floors and grooved sidewalls, which are guaranteed to fit. Designed for easy assembly, this commanding manor also includes detailed instructions.
