This elegant Victorian home has been quality crafted with hand-split, octagonal pine wood shingles, 3/8” thick upper floors and 3/8” thick milled clapboard exterior walls. All four sides have been milled.
The front-opening design, steeply pitched roof and 10” floor to ceiling height make this large 3-story home feel even roomier. Shutters, porch spindles and detailed staircase with landing and banister rails add charm. The moveable room dividers accept standard doors.
Assembly of this home is simplified with engineered precut parts, grooved connectors, detailed drawings and step-by-step instructions.
