Identical to the Alison Jr. Dollhouse, except this model boasts an unusual front-opening design. Its gingerbread trim, expertly molded railings and porch posts, detailed spires and beautiful balcony create a classic Victorian look.

The nine rooms feature 9” floor to ceiling height and moveable room dividers which accept standard sized doors. This lovely home includes wooden roof shingles, 3/8” thick milled clapboard exterior walls and 3/8” thick upper floors.

The precision workmanship is evident in the engineered precut parts and grooved sidewalls which are guaranteed to fit and have been designed with an easy, one-step assembly process.

This kit includes:
  • Precut exterior walls (3/8" Milled MDF)
  • Precut floors, roof and interior walls
  • Window kits with interior trim
  • Raised panel shutters & door
  • Expertly molded railings and porch posts
  • Flower boxes and a detailed staircase
