What Happens Next
After placing your order (either by phone or online), you will normally receive several emails from The Magical Dollhouse.
Cancel an Order
- An order confimation email will arrive immediately after your order is placed.
- You will receive a second email telling you your payment has been received.
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. If the item has not already been shipped and we are able to stop the order, we will do so. However, if the item has been shipped, it will be considered a return and the cost to send it back will be your responsibility. The Magical Dollhouse reserves the right to deal with cancellations on a case by case basis.
When Will it Arrive?
Each item on our site has an approximate delivery time posted on it's product details page. Orders are normally processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. After that, it can take from 1-5 business days for your order to arrive. Please allow 1-2 calendar weeks from the time you place your order for your package to arrive.
If you need a rush order or delivery by a certain date, please call us at 888-221-3783 to check item availability, express shipping cost and arrange for delivery.
Shipping + Returns
Orders are normally shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, depending on the item.
All items that cost $50 or more have no additional shipping charges. The shipping cost for each item that costs less than $50 is specified when checking out. If there is no shipping charges it will say free shipping next to product. Many times products that cost less than $50 have no additional shipping charges as well.
Express shipping is available on request for an additional charge. The cost is determined by the delivery location and shipping method. If you are in a hurry and need your purchase to arrive by a certain date, please call us at 888-221-3783.

Shipping to Canada
If your order contains an item from Kidkraft, the item can be shipped to Canada. There will be an additional $10 shipping charge. You will also be responsible for sales tax and any duty charges you may incur.
