The handsomely appointed Colonial Jr. Addition Kit can be used as an addition to either the right or left side of an existing structure.
Charming gingerbread trim, milled clapboard exterior walls, engineered precut parts and wooden shingles provide interest and durability. Also includes a 9” floor to ceiling height and grooved sidewalls to simplify assembly.
This kit includes:- Precut exterior walls (3/8" Milled Plywood or MDF)
- Precut floors, roof and interior walls (3/8" thick)
- Gingerbread trim (1/8" thick)
- Raised panel shutters
- Window Box
- Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings
This kit does not include:- Furniture, accessories, glue, paint, tools or landscaping.
